Privacy Policy

When you use EverForm, we collect:

• Account information — your name, email address, and profile photo provided by Google when you sign in with Google OAuth.
• Training data — mesocycle plans, workout sessions, logged sets, reps, and weights you enter into the app.
• Profile data — fitness goals, training experience level, and other preferences you set during onboarding.
• AI interaction data — workout context sent to our AI suggestions feature and the suggestions returned.
• Usage data — basic information about how you use the app, such as pages visited and features used, collected to improve the product.

We do not collect payment information. EverForm is currently free to use.

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate the EverForm service.
• Generate personalized AI workout suggestions based on your training history and goals.
• Improve the product and fix bugs.
• Communicate with you about your account or the service when necessary.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

EverForm relies on the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase— our backend platform for authentication, database storage, and infrastructure. Your data is stored in Supabase-managed Postgres databases. Supabase's privacy policy applies to their handling of infrastructure data.
• Google OAuth— used for sign-in. Google provides your name, email, and profile photo to EverForm when you authenticate. Google's privacy policy governs what Google collects during the sign-in process.
• OpenAI— used to power AI workout suggestions. When you request a suggestion, relevant workout context (not your name or email) is sent to OpenAI's API to generate recommendations. OpenAI's data usage policies apply to this data.

We share your data with these services only to the extent necessary to provide the app.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and training history will be removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Export your training data in a portable format (contact us to request this).

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and authenticated access controls. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of EverForm after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
