Terms of Service

By accessing or using EverForm ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your use of the app is also governed by the End User License Agreement, which explains your license to use EverForm and the EULA actions available in Settings.

EverForm is a fitness training platform that lets you plan structured training programs (mesocycles), log workouts, track progress, and receive AI-generated exercise suggestions. The Service is provided as a web application (PWA) and requires a Google account to sign in.

EverForm is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future with advance notice.

You must have a valid Google account to use EverForm. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your account credentials or access the accounts of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

EverForm uses AI to generate workout and exercise suggestions based on your training data. These suggestions are for informational and training optimization purposes only.

AI-generated suggestions are not medical advice, physical therapy, or a substitute for professional guidance. Consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional before starting or significantly changing a training program, especially if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.

EverForm is not responsible for any injury, illness, or harm resulting from following AI-generated suggestions.

The EverForm name, logo, and all Service content (excluding your personal training data) are the property of EverForm. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Your training data belongs to you. You grant EverForm a limited license to store and process your data solely to operate and improve the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI suggestions will be accurate or suitable for your specific situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EverForm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including but not limited to data loss, injury, or lost training progress.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to EverForm in the twelve months preceding the claim (which is currently $0 for free users).

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of EverForm after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
